Hidden Glen Estates is a four-home residential development on the Evangeline Court homesites HDI retained from its broader 20-lot acquisition in San Jose’s Hidden Glen neighborhood. Set just below the foothills, the four properties—6261, 6262, 6265, and 6266 Evangeline Court—encompass approximately 69,300 square feet, or 1.59 acres. Individual homesites range from approximately 16,900 to 17,800 square feet. HDI is developing four new single-family residences, each planned with four bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, a three-car garage, and approximately 3,000 to 3,400 square feet of living space. Hidden Glen Estates represents the construction component of HDI’s broader neighborhood strategy, concentrating its development efforts on four retained homesites while the remaining 16 properties were sold as vacant residential lots.
