HDI acquired the Hubbell Way property for ground-up residential development and carried the project through planning, condominium mapping, design, construction, marketing, and sale. Located within walking distance of downtown Los Gatos, the development comprises four detached condominium residences designed to provide the privacy and character of individual homes. Completed in 2016, the four three-bedroom residences ranged from approximately 2,039 to 2,187 square feet and collectively offered approximately 8,460 square feet of living space. Each home included an attached two-car garage, while two residences incorporated private elevators. Interiors featured 10-foot ceilings on the main level, eight-foot solid-core doors, crown molding, spacious primary suites, organized walk-in closets, and designer-selected finishes and materials throughout. HDI marketed and sold all four completed residences, with each sale closing in May 2016. The project represents a complete development cycle from land acquisition and approvals through construction and disposition.
