HDI acquired this approximately one-acre property in 2014 for ground-up residential redevelopment. After securing approval for a new estate, HDI carried the project through site preparation and construction to develop a custom single-story, French-inspired residence. Completed in 2016, the estate offered approximately 5,200 square feet of living space with six bedrooms, five and one-half bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. The home featured a slate roof, 10- to 12-foot ceilings, en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom, and a private guest or in-law suite separated from the principal bedroom wing. The floor plan also incorporated an expansive formal dining room, a generously proportioned primary suite, and extensive indoor and outdoor living areas across the level homesite. HDI marketed and sold the completed residence in November 2016, concluding the full development cycle from property acquisition and approvals through construction and disposition.
